X-Plane 11 Installation Crash when opening it

Good day,

I've downloaded XP 11 Demo and when i click on the launcher, a message error : " X-Plane 11 Installe.exe stopped working ". I really like to try it, thanks in advence for help.

Are you able to elaborate a little more? Which version of Windows are you running? Was the correct installer downloaded?

Yes i downloaded the right one and i use Windows 7.
