Lost my key code for V10/11

I'm unable to locate the email that contains my key code for the download version of X-Plane 10 / 11, I already own the V10.5  so I decided to upgrade to V11 but without my code I unable to when it arrives, so can anyone please tell how I find my key code please.

Did you purchase the X-Plane 10 + 11 combo pack and misplace the email? If you did, please email [email protected] and they can look you up. If you did not purchase X-Plane between Sept and now, you will need to purchase an X-Plane 11 license separately. It is available on X-Plane.com.

No I purchased v11 yesterday after reading through the description that stated I would be getting v10 while v11 was in beta testing. I imported the Rotorsim EC 135v3 and it wouldn't load. I then purchased v10 hoping to get flying but with v11 on my hard drive it won't allow my v10 license key instal.

Please make sure you're using the X-Plane 10 installer to install XP10.

If that still isn't the issue, please be more detailed and list each step you take to try to install X-Plane 10.
