Hi,  Am a recent mover to X-plane and have the full commercial version of X-plane 10 which i upgraded to 64 bit and also downloaded the X-plane 11 demo.  Both are loaded, look great and seem to work EXCEPT I cannot fly either one.

I have a PFC C2 Professional Flight Console that is a USB model.  I have correctly loaded all of the PFC software and also the latest driver I could find on the PFC technical support site but in X-plane 10 the software does not even recognize the platform and I am unable to calibrate the flight controls at all.  In X-plane 11 the program DOES recognize that a PFC C2 Professional Console is attached but it still will not calibrate the flight controls.

Either I am missing something and/or doing something wrong but I am totally out of ideas.  The equipment part of the settings seems set up for the older serial port models but PFC migrated to USB some time ago and checking any of those does not work either.  The controls work completely and just fine in both FSX and P3D.

Can you help?

Thanks..,. Steve

I have the same issue with the Thrustmaster T Flight Hotas 4. I feel like the X-Plane 11 creators failed to include several yoke setups, thus leaving several brands/models unrecognizable to the calibration system.

Hi Guys,

Congrats on the beta release...however I too have had nothing but poor/failed results with trying to get my PFC USB yoke (calibrated) and the Serial throttle quadrant recognized via my COM 3 port at 9600 baud.

That being said, I know you are still trodding through the beta phase, but it would be good to get some better controller functionality in the upcoming beta (at least for the PFC yokes and or other devices).

I have provided a video link of the issues that I encounter while attempting to calibrate.

I have filed a bug report as well.

Keep up the good work...looks very promising.

Cheers

Hi Steve,

We've been getting alot of reports on joystick issues, so hopefully some of the first fixes will come out in the next beta. Please give it a try when available and if issues remain, please file a bug report.
