Why does my new panel have "ghosting" and have a black 3D panel?

Question

I've created a new aircraft, based on the X-Planes 172SP.

I modified the Instrument Panel to resemble that of my own aircraft. I have two problems:

1: The old gauges are "ghosted" over top of my rearranged panel.

2. The 3D Panel is completely black. Everything else seems to be working properly.
