During night flights I notice that the atmosphere around the major light source (the moon in this case) is very poorly shaded. When HDR is enabled, stars cannot be seen at all, when visual effects are turned down to medium (no HDR) the stars become visible  however the poor shading effects still persists.

I've attached a couple images of the problem. The first is with the settings set to Medium (no HDR), the second is with settings set to high (HDR on). The third is with HDR on and the moon out of the frame. The atmosphere looks normal during the day. I've also attached the log.txt.

I'm running:

XPlane 11

Windows 10

Intel i7-5700 2.70 GHz (overclock to 3.2Ghz)

Nvidia GTX960M (driver version 376.33)

Any help would be great

This is a fairly common issue we've received a lot of bug reports on. Rendering and graphics are not finalized and more work is being done with sky colors, so this should be fixed at some point during the beta run.
