buying box set

Question

I just bought version 11 by digital download but then realized I would like to have the boxed set as the size of the file is 60 gigs.

1.Can I cancel the order and get the boxed set from you or a retailer instead?

2. Version 10 is available now but does buying it include access to version 11?

X-Plane 11 is not available on DVD yet, and I'm not sure how long it will be before it's available. Please contact customer support at [email protected] to inquire about a return if you would like.
