As that website is not an official site for buying X-Plane, there is a small chance you've been ripped off, I'd say the only reputable places to buy X-Plane is on their official website or Steam (and possibly G2A.com if they sell it on there). The best thing to do is contact Souq.com's support team and see if they can sort anything out.
