Could NOT hear ATC sounds, just could see the ATC words

Question

I run up XP10 on steam. when i try to make the clearance for my flight plans. it can be work and the ATC words show up, but i could not hear ATC sounds. i have checked all sounds settings and com, frequency. However, the ATC sounds still not show up.  when i run 32bit, ATC did pretty good, which include ATC words and sounds. Is there anyone know how to fix this problem for 64bit?

First, check the simplest solution: open the Sound box from the Settings menu. Make sure "ALL sounds" is checked *as well as* "verbal ATC." It is possible to have all sounds but ATC turned on.
