what is "Origin" in the FMC?

Hi all, quick silly question,

When I plug in my Flight plan into the 737's FMC, on the top left corner there is "ORIGIN" what does that mean?
I speculated that it is my point of departure. Is that correct?

Yes it is the airport ICAO code. The airport you depart from.
