X-plane 11 - Instruument lights on boeing 747 not working

I have 2 install =w7 and w10 -

Graphic Card MSI Nvidia gtx 1080 Aero OC

Boeing 747

The problem is that I cant set on any lights in cockpit or any instrument lights (w7/w10) so its not possible to use after sundown.

Just discover if I use another plane and sett instrument ligt and "Dome" I could change airplane to B747-400 and then instrument light is on, but not possible to set of.

TIP - Use: View/Night Vision Google = Shift+n then you can click on "Dome" knob.

Request: Default setting = on, - NOT OFF to nxt update + fixing the instrument light ON/OFF
