What is the cause and solution to a "Floating" terminal

Question

I am in the midst of developing UUGG (90%). In reviewing, i notice that the terminal .fac file results in part of the terminal to be in contact with the tarmac but the extensions of the terminal "floats" . With this scenery from beyond the terminal is seen.  I have tried :splitting: the size of the terminal but with minimal success.

Any ideas how this can be corrected?

I assume this is WED 1.5 for XP 10.  Try "always flatten on the hierarchy pane
