download error 2:501

Question

hello, trying to install X P11 after purchase, however, getting intermittent Error 2:501. messages which pause installation, these require accepting with a prompt to "repair at a later stage" however, as download progresses, say 25% they become more frequent.

Location: China.

Any ideas?

Our CDN does not have good coverage in China unfortunately. You can try to complete the install, then go back and pick the "update" option to restore or repair files.
