serial number requested after launch ?

I used plane 10 for one year without any problem, after exchange the mother board of my Mac, a serial number ( in spite of cd included and in place) is asked to launch ? I see NOWHERE any serial number ???

oops sorry, the serial number was for Airbus A320 néo , ok Now activated !

(375 hours flight time , with this plane using Plane 10)
