Issues with the Cessna172

I have currently purchased X-Plane 11 and during the both the demo and after purchase I have found that I cannot turn off the Landing Light to the Cessna 172.  I know the game is still in Beta but thought the developers should know.  Also during the demo, the dash of the Cessna was fantastic. However, after purchase the dash is now not as clear and crisp as before. Words on the dash cannot be easily made out. Not sure what happened.

The landing light issue is a known bug that should be fixed in the next beta update.

Check your rendering settings. You may have them turned down too low, which can make textures blurry to save on frame rate. Here are some tips from the manual on setting the rendering options.
