Updater fails

Question

Updater gets to checking files and stops at file 7501 every time.  Ok here is more in the updater fails, every time at the file checking process

Hi Flyer,

Please make sure you are using the latest installer: here is X-Plane 11, and here is X-Plane 10.

If those still don't help, attach a copy of the installer log.txt found on the desktop and a screenshot of the error or where it gets stuck.

Tried the installer as suggested. no change. Update still hangs at file check of file 7501 as attached.
