Hi DMVJay,
I am not from Laminar Research; just a flight simmer.
You have not followed the recommendations of Laminar Research and installed X-Plane in the Program Files (x86) directory. A big NO NO NO and the outcome is it won't load.
You should have loaded X-Plane onto the desktop of your PC or into a standalone directory as C:\X-Plane\ or onto a dedicated drive for it to run effectively. If you don't you will continue to experience your current problems and possibly some others.
My suggestion is to completely delete X-plane from your system using a good reliable deletion package to ensure you have not missed any files that may have hidden themselves.
Then when you are absolutely certain you have deleted the files reinstall X-Plane as I have mentioned above. Read the manual first which can be found at https://www.x-plane.com/manuals/desktop/#installationofx-plane
Good luck.
