"Failing NAVAID" listings in my .log file, and trouble with ILS approaches with XP11

Question

When flying the default 737, I find ILS approaches that are listed on the map sometimes do not work.  My .log file shows a list of numerous airports under the heading of "Failing NAVAID".  Is this something that will be corrected in future Betas, or RC's, or should I file a bug report on it? My .log file is attached.

If randomizing failures is completely turned off by unchecking the option, this issue goes away entirely from the log.
