Why ground textures are shaking?

My ground textures are shaking (default C172 at SBJD):

Is this a general issue or specific here? Does anyone know how to solve it?

This is an issue we've been aware of for quite some time (at least since X-Plane 10) but we haven't found a good way to resolve it.
