The first thing to try is removing all plugins and add on scenery. There is at least one warning about custom scenery issues in the log. If that fixes the problem, adding them back in one at a time can help you identify the source of the problem.
If that does not help, try moving, renaming or deleting your preferences to see if a preference setting is causing it.
