XP10 unlock warning on start

Question

When i start XP10, i've started to get noticed about unlocking and by providing key. It already filled in, but when i hit to contiinue i get following message:

 

When i start XP installer to, for example, add new global scenery region authorisation going well, no problems.

Seeing this problem for several day. Nothing changed in config. Turning off windows firewall doesn't help. Checked IPv4 and v6 configs, also nothing strange, all auto as it was before.

Windows 10 x64, digital download version of XP11 + XP10.

Check your internet connection. You should be connected to the internet when X-Plane tries to verify the key.

As i sad, when i do this authorisation in X-plane installer, it passes normally. But in XP it can't reach server. Internet connection always working fine, as before.
