Hi Aaron,

I had a look at the reference link above by ice_pdb and could not find a definative answer. 

From looking at the TRACKIR website the unit will work with version 10.  That is the good news.

If you have a look at the manual for the latest version of the software, under Section 3 the minimum system requirement is Windows Vista or later.  That is the bad news.  The link to the manual is  https://www.naturalpoint.com/trackir/documents/TrackIR-software-5_4_0-Manual.pdf

Unless somebody else can correct me then that is the bad news.

It's not officially supported on OSX, but you can make it run with 3rd party software, and some work.
