I can't open Plane-Maker since updating to PB14

Whenever I try to make changes to any plane since PB14, it (Plane-maker 11)  crashes and quits working.  Running Windows 10.  I filed a bug report.  Matt

There is a problem with Plane Maker.exe and also Airfoil Maker.exe.
