My PC has a pentium class processor. The minimum system requirements for XP 11 specify a core i3, i5 or i7 processor specifically, rather than just listing a minimum speed like XP 10 did. However, it does say an AMD equivalent, which makes me think maybe it's not as choosy as it sounds. I'm running a 3.5 Ghz pentium. Should I just buy 10 or try 11?

Minimum Hardware Requirements for CPU: Intel Core i3, i5, or i7 CPU with 2 or more cores, or AMD equivalent. (Dual-core CPUs slower than 3 GHz should try the demo before purchasing.)
Recommended Hardware Requirements for CPU: Intel Core i5 6600K at 3.5 ghz or faster.

If you can run X-Plane 11 Demo on your computer, then there shouldn't be any problem with full version of X-Plane 11. You can download the free X-Plane 11 Demo and try. More info about downloading older versions you can find here.
