How to get the menu for the frequencies for the ATC

Hi, I just started using the plane 10 ATC and I noticed that a little box appeared and you could click on the ground and tower frequencies without having to enter them in and now it is not there any more.  So I was wondering if there was something that I pushed to make it happen or if it was something that just shows up?

It is a toggle setting. You can set up a key to toggle the window off and on by following the instructions here, or by clicking the "toggle nearby air traffic controllers window" line found about midway down the list under the Special menu.

Is this in a newer beta version?  I can't find it in 10.45
