can't find KeyCode to register it. Graphsim Support not helping, DVD doesn't recognize it to run without the key code.

Question

Purchased this from Retail store.  I loaded up the CDs and it asked for Key Code.  I put the first CD in and doesn't recognize to give me the key Code.  I can't play the game only the trial version.  Not happy and Graphsim won't answer my phone calls or email.

Please make sure you are running the latest version (10.42r1). Even if you are stuck in demo mode you can run the installer and update if you need to.

Also double check that disc 1 is in the drive--maybe they got out of order?

If that doesn't fix it, please upload a copy of your log.txt and explain step by step what you are doing when you see this problem.
