on load up I get this error.

carenado aircraft I copy and pasted from xp10 does have sound.

 

no sound. advised to restart computer. restarted multiple times still get the error.

It is very likely that Carenado knows about the issue but you should report it on their website.

No. The problem exists solely with xp11

Denough version and base xp11

Unable to initialize sound hardware


The only sounds I am able to hear is when I bring in my xplane 10 planes like crj200 carendo planes.  Then I can hear engines wind and instruments.  No other sounds.

No atc sounds no tires or environment sounds.

Planes that come with xp11 have no sound at all.
