how to download a new plane to X-Plane 11?

Question

I tried to download an a330 from x-plane.org and stored the downloaded file in the folder "Laminar Search". I unzipped the file and went to the game. but when I open the game I do not see the new plane available. Can you please let me know if I am doing something wrong?

All aircraft should be installed in the main Aircraft folder in the x-plane 11 directory. Just copy the a330 file into the above folder. Start x-plane and you should see your downloaded a330.
