X-Plane 11 Manual in PDF Format

Question

When will the English X-Plane 11 manual become available in PDF format? The PDF file is available in other languages such as German and Spanish but not in English...

In FireFox, I have been using the Print Friendly & PDF add-on for about three years without issues. There are a number of negative reviews regarding redirects; the developer answers these explaining the why of the process. In a word, I have never experienced any malware-type problems. One clicks the add-on icon and the page is displayed. One then has the option of deleting unwanted text, images, adds, etc., and the printing the page outright or sending it to a PDF file. I have only encountered a handful of sites/pages whose conversion fails. It is certainly worth try. And yes, I was able to convert and download a PDF copy of the October 2018 updated manual

A fan submitted PDF manual is available here. The translations were provided by Aerosoft. Laminar Research will not be providing PDF versions of the manuals and cannot ensure that any PDF manuals will be updated like the online version will be.

Why on earth won't Laminar provide a PDF manual with search capabilities? PDF is certainly the modern way to document instead of obsolete HTML links!

Agreed. Absurd. Why no PDF manual for English speaking customers? You have one in German, French, and Spanish I see.

There is a "proper" manual, it just happens to be in a digital format as that is much easier to keep up to date. You can turn it into a pdf if you require one using a site such as https://pdfcrowd.com.
