Same product key, 2 computers, multiplayer, work?

The title basically sums it up, Just wanna know if I plug in the one product code I bought digitally into both my dad's laptop and my computer, and we're connected to the same internet, will it work or do me and my dad have to have seperate codes,

Basically, as written many times on this web site, One licence = one session at a time.

So you need two separate codes.
