change AA settings, lose 20fps, go back to original AA settings, still -20fps

Hi, first of all , great work on xp11... loving it so far BUT......

ive had this same problem since the beginning... today i did a full reinstall of the game... once ready, i started it up, chose my settings (no AA) and got 100fps, i tried to put AA to 2 and got 80fps, fair enough, but then i went back to no AA and i still get 80...... moral of the story, where did those 20fps go?

Changing some of the rendering options require a restart of the sim to see their impact. Antialiasing in non-HDR modes ("medium" visual effects and below) is one of these. If in doubt, I'd recommend restarting to make sure everything gets updated after making a rendering options change.
