Where can I find my X-plane 10 serial? (steam)

Hello,

I've recently bought X-plane 10 (version 10.42) on steam. Now I am willing to update to version 10.45 with the x-plane version on steam. Once I've updated it and I start x-plane on steam, it asks for a serial number. I've looked in my email and I cannot find any serial number. Where can I find it?

Hi Lorenz,

Support for the Steam version of X-Plane is handled by Aerosoft. Contact them at aerosoft.de for additional assistance. I was not aware that the Steam version used product keys. I thought your Steam client log in was your authorization for your purchases through Steam.

If you purchased digital download from X-Plane.com, your product key should be in the email confirmation you received after your purchase. If you have lost it, please contact support at [email protected]
