Does Garmin 430 in X-Plane Cessna 172SP support vertical navigation for precision RNAV approaches?

Question

Garmin 430 indicates TERM mode without ever indicating LNAV+V or LPV or LNAV/VNAV. I select a GPS approach and set CDI to GPS. The Localizer does work for GPS approaches but no vertical guidance is activated and glide slope indicator remains RED.  I am using X-Plane 10.42.

I found a link on the developer website that addresses this indicating that LPV approaches are not yet supported. That was in 2014. I'm assuming they are still not supported. I just checked this flying the Carenado A36 RNAV 07 at KLZU. No vertical guidance.

Can you give me more specific details? What airport are you at? What runway, etc? Be as specific and detailed as possible in your steps. :)
