Possible Refund?

Hi,

I was wondering if I am able to get a refund for my X-Plane 11 key, I decided about 20 hours ago to buy a key (so I did), but I am now thinking that I would rather have not bought a key, due to it being quite expensive. Is it possible to get a refund?

I am not associated with Laminar Research in any form.

There are comments elsewhere in this forum directing people who have made a mistake in their purchase to the following link at [email protected]  Have they been successful?  Don't know.
