Hey guys,

So today I purchased Xplane 11 not knowing that my system cannot handle it in at all, is there possibly a change of a refund?

Hi Kieran,

I am not with Laminar Research; just a flight simmer.

If you purchased your product directly from Laminar Research then you need to contact info@x-plane.com or orders@x-plane.com   If you purchased a steam version then you need to contact the reseller.

This forum is not the location to solve your problem.
