Scratched DVD's

I received my X-Plane 11 DVD set this afternoon and Disc 3, 5, 7, 8 are scratched. Disc 3 won't even install.

What is your exchange program? Can you offer me a download key and I can send the DVD's back to you?

Customer service is mailing me a replacement DVD.
