I can lower the flaps on my yoke, but when I try to get them back  up, the fuel mixture stem  comes out, and stalls the engine.I tried many times all button settings, but without success. The yoke and throttles are perfect configured and everything works well.I am sure I activated ,or deactivated something wrong. Any help?? Many thanks. Gerhard

Hi Gerhard,

Sounds like a button assignment got messed up. Try moving your preferences folder to the desktop. Start X-Plane & it will put all your button and key assignments back to default. You will probably have to set everything back up, but it may be easier than trying to track down the individual setting that is wrong.

Again,thanks for your help!

How do I move the preferences folder to the desk top?

To set everything back up is no problem...

I am looking forward to get your input.

Thanks again,

Gerhard

Go to the Output folder in the main X-Plane folder. Inside will be the preferences folder. You can just drag it to the desktop. Then X-Plane will create a new preferences folder the next time you start. If that fixes the throttle issue, then you can go ahead and delete the old preferences folder you moved to the desktop. If it didn't fix it, you can still move that folder back to the X-Plane output folder, and then you won't have lost all of your set up.
