Slaw Device Pedals toe brakes not working in Xplane 11

Question

I have Slaw Device pedals.  When calibrating in X-Plane 11 I can see all three axis moving correctly: Yaw, RT Brake and LT Brake.  But when running program toe brakes are not working at all.  Have tried reversing response on the toe brakes.  The yaw axis is working properly.  

In DIView I can see that the toe brakes are assigned to Axis X and Y.

Have used these pedals in a variety of other programs with no issues in assigning the toe brakes.  Is there anything else I can try to fix this?

How is your yaw axis assigned in the X-Plane joystick settings... and can you see the slider move when you press the pedals?
