From what I read, the answer has to do with low frame rates. In my experience, this also occurs when the sim time is accelerated (using CTRL+T). My question is: What on earth has either of these things to do with how fuel consumption is calculated in X-Plane? And even if it this is how it is currently implemented, is anyone working to correct this problem? Thanks.
Notice: This problem does not arise in some payware aircraft (presumably, those whose designers were clever enough to implement a work-around).
