From 60 FPS to 0.25 FPS at starting since this week = why this mess ?

Last detected events : Windows 10 update, installing xpsaitek plugins, bought and flew QPAC a320 airbus.

i try suppression of preferences = same result

i try suppression of plugins = same result

i try flying with another plane than  QPC airbus = same result

The last thing i have to do is rebooting computer
