Installation of X-Plane 9 on MacBook Pro using X-Plane DVD installer Mac.

I do not know how to navigate, as it opens endless folders when I try to launch the program.

I get this error when attempting to repair X-Plane during installation:

Say Intentions
An error occurred during the repair:

I was unable to copy (file name here, there's twenty files) from the DVD into the hard drive. (No such file or directory)

X-Plane may not be usable until you are able to repair the sim without errors.

The program will Not launch and I need help figuring it out.

Please try using the latest version of the X-Plane 9 installer available here, instead of the one on the DVD. For additional help installing or updating X-Plane 9, please first review the instructions in the manual here, starting on page 25.
