MAYDAY MAYDAY!! My xplane 11 crashs every time just at opening screen

Good evening fellows,

I am really disappointed with the XP11... i´ve already bought sceneries, payware planes, etc etc and cant get my xplane 11 working. Every time i try to start it...some times crashs on initial load, other times crashes on initial screen , other tims crashs just when get on airport.... some times it even stall the all the computer requesting Reset Button.

I am really really pissed off! I thought it would came to be a new era of simulation...but i realize i came to become a new era of issues. 

I have already tried differente planes (carenado and default) but i always get crashs.

I use all the SAITEK painels ...which works seamlessly with another Simulators...

And use IPADS as gauges (also works seamlessly with other simulators)

My pc is:

Intel I7 4790
Geforce GTX 970 (using 3 monitors)
16 GB RAM 
SSD 250 + HD 2tb (XPLANE ON IT)

PLEASE HELP ME !! I AM SO FRUSTATED !!

So i have the same problem i think!

 I have been running XP11 for sometime now and love the si. I am big in downloading scenery and downloads. This evening I downloaded the KHOU & Downtown Houston Scenery and a KBMT airport scenery. When I loaded the sim my frames dropped and the sim crashed. When I try to restart XP11 the sim crashes at the loading screen saying "X-Plane 11.exe has stopped working". I have deleted the scenery files in hoping it fixed the problem. I also went through and did this. 

  1. Run the updater. If you've modified a file by accident it will ask if you want to replace it. Say yes.
  2. Delete all of the files in Output/preferences.

I do not want to re download xp11 and lose all my payware and downloads. I really do not want to start from scratch and rebuild the sim I love so much.

Are you able to run a clean demo of X-Plane 11? It is helpful to know if you've tried that. Otherwise it could easily be any of your add ons, all of them, or a certain few interacting poorly together.

You can also try resetting your preferences to default in case of a corrupt pref file. Move, rename, or delete the entire preferences folder.

For me did not work... deleted prefs folder... it runs for few seconds...than CRASHS... i never could make an entire flight... this sim seems nice theorically! but is UNUSABLE!!!

I download a NEW instalation... clean... but when i RUN it... it crashs just at the beginning.... SO WHATS NEXT? IS it an unusable FSIM? My nvidia drivers are up to date... what else should i do? otherwise i should ask refund? I dont know what to do anymore...

Please attach a copy of the log.txt from the clean demo install you tried that still crashes.

Does the auto crash reporter come up? If it does, please make sure to fill it out and send it in.

these are the logs of the clean installation of the XP11... i dont know what else to do!! tis so frustating !!

My pc Specs is able to run it...

I'm sorry, I do not know why the sim isn't working on your computer. These logs show an old version of the sim (11.00 instead of 11.02, which is the current shipping version). You can try updating these clean versions to see if it helps. Otherwise I would probably recommend trying to return the sim if it won't work on your computer. I am baffled by the situation.

i´ve already updated... the cracks remains! WHY is not possible to run it?
