Can I uninstall/reinstall Xpane

Question

I have Windows 7 OS & Xplane Global 10.32 on DVD. I have lost my Xplane10 64bit .exe file. I have downloaded updates, I now have the 64 bit .exe file but no scenery. Please how can I uninstall everything and reinstall from the dics ?. I can't find the program in the control panel or any files in the "C" drive,
