Having trouble filing a flight plan

Question

Sometimes ,after entering my destination and altitude and clicking on the file tab ,the window disappears and is replaced with an empty flight plan window. I'll try several times with no luck so I just go to another airport and file from there with no trouble. What am I doing wrong? Dave

Hi Dave,

Do you have the option for automatically tuning radios checked in the ATC window? It could be that your radios aren't tuned to the correct frequency so you cannot progress after filing the flight plan. If that's not the issue, try attaching some screenshots of the empty window you see.
