X-plane 11 various selections not working in macOS High Sierra

Question

The various cockpit selector knobs and switches are very sluggish and the mouse pointer freezes on them in X-plane 11 since I installed macOS High Sierra. All of this worked perfectly in macOS 10.12, Sierra. Is there a workaround for this?

I am having the same issue. After upgrading any jpeg or png that is clickable turns into a black box and freezes making the game practically unusable. I think Apples new update broke something.

Likewise, I’m having all the above issues and a few more (missing patches of scenery appearing as light blue areas, strange cloud colourations, bodies of water flickering between brown and blue) since upgrading to mac os high sierra. Is anyone from Laminar Research looking into these?
