Is Xplane compatible for home cockpit simulator?

I am building a home cockpit simulator and I need to know if there is any interface that take response from push buttons, rotary switch, yoke, pedals then send data to  Xplane.

Yes, X-Plane is compatible with home cockpits. Many devices are "plug & play" and should work by themselves with the simulator. There are some others (CH Products panels come to mind) that require a plugin to work.
