Using the Logitech 3D Joystick and when I calibrate the joy stick it will not center, it always ends up having  a significant amount of left rudder in the centered and calibrated position so sufficient right rudder is not often available and a rudder correction is needed at all times to avoid going off course in all stages of flight including taxi.

Attach a copy of the log.txt and a screen shot of the joystick settings for this device.

I think part of the problem is the calibrartion dialog: You'll have to move all the axes FULL range to get the center position before you do the null zone check (for jitter). Maybe you mixed centering with null zone?
