closed Unlock Full Version button disabled

The "Unlock Full Version" button is disabled. I cannot start x-plane. It is not possible to re-install the software because the install button is also disabled. I have the latest windows update on a i7-7700 / GTX 1070 computer.
closed with the note: Because of wrong license key.
