cant get back the Add-On: Aerosoft - Airport Frankfurt, after Xplane crashed and re-installed

Hi,

I'm using the Beta 11.20 and bought Airport Frankfurt. It worked fantastic, but after the Xplane crashed and I must re-installed everything (via Steam) I do not get the details anymore e.g. the Hilton Hotel is not there.....

I try to repair by using the Steam check. Than I try to uninstall by using the checkbox before the Frankfurt Ad-On in Steam, than installed again by downloading via Steam (350 MB) without success.

How can I get back the detailed Frankfurt including HILTON THE SQUAIRE?

Hi Selcuk,

Because you have the steam version of X-plane you need to raise your problem on their site.  This site is for the genuine X-plane product.

The steam version is not the original X-plane software.

You should raise your problem with the developer and or seller of your 3rd party product you have lost.
