X-plane 10 Installed about one year ago - now getting Error Broken Pipe when asked to insert Disc 1.

Question

At random intervals I have been asked to Insert disc 1 after starting X-plane - usually starts OK. This time getting the following:

DVD Scan the installer cannot extract a file 

Error: Broken Pipe

Compressed File: E:\X-Plane 10/directory.txt.zip

Destination Path: Output Preferences

Looks to me like the installer has no write rights to the output directory or DVD is scratched somehow.

Try running the installer with Administrator rights. Log.txt would be also helpful.
