Download not working

Question

I also send an email this afternoon. 

I bought the 11 version and want to install but the installer keeps giving me the message Unable to download. It is downloading now for over 7 hours. 

I tried the following:

1. uninstall program and reinstalled
2. cable connection
3. wifi connection
4. different computer
5. different internet connection

Nothing from the above is helping, I still get error that downloading from cdn.x-plane.com is not working.

I really need a fix otherwise I would like my money back.

Please respond asap.

I was able to start a download and install, so the CDN is not completely down. Please attach a copy of the full installer log.txt from the desktop. 

What country are you located in? Sometimes that greatly affects the download speed & availability, depending on CDN presence.
